Terms of Service

Effective October 2, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and LFS Software Engineering ("LFS", "we", "us"), a software business based in South Florida, United States, operated by Luis F. Salazar. They apply to our web platform for websites, job media uploads, AI-generated social posts and scheduled publishing (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use it on behalf of a business, you agree for that business and confirm you are authorized to do so.

1. The Service

The Service lets a business host its website and receive estimate requests, lets its crew upload photos and videos of their work, uses artificial intelligence to suggest posts from that media, and publishes the posts the business approves to the social accounts it connects, on a schedule the business sets. We may improve, change or add features over time.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for a lawful business purpose. You sign in with one-time links sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. The business is responsible for the people it invites, the roles it gives them, and everything done under its account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without permission.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, text and other material you upload or approve ("Your Content"). You give LFS a limited license to host, copy, process, edit, render and publish Your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you, including sending it to the platforms you connect and to the AI provider described in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the rights to Your Content and the permission of any customer whose home, property or likeness appears in it, and that publishing it will not violate anyone's rights or any law. Do not upload media that shows private information such as house numbers, documents or people who have not agreed to appear.

4. AI drafts and approval

Drafts are generated automatically and may contain mistakes, such as inaccurate descriptions or claims. Nothing is published until someone with permission in your business approves it. Once you approve a post, you are responsible for its content as if you had written it. Editing an approved post removes its approval until it is approved again.

We publish approved posts at the scheduled times on a best-effort basis. Platforms can delay, limit or reject posts for their own reasons, and we are not responsible for those decisions. If we cannot confirm whether a post was published, we will show it to you to check rather than send it twice.

5. Connected platforms

When you connect a TikTok, Facebook or Instagram account, you authorize us to publish your approved posts to it. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, including the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok's Community Guidelines and Branded Content Policy, and Meta's terms and community standards. You are responsible for the settings you choose, such as post visibility and whether content is labeled as promotional. You can disconnect an account at any time from the Posting page or from the platform itself.

6. Music and media in videos

Videos the Service creates may include music or sound from our licensed library. That audio is provided only for use in videos created with the Service and published to the platforms the license covers. You may not extract it or use it separately.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• publish content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, hateful, or infringes anyone's rights;
• send spam or post on accounts you do not own or manage;
• access another business's data, probe or disrupt the Service, or get around its security or usage limits;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows it.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the Service or other users at risk.

8. Fees

Fees, if any, are agreed with each business separately in writing. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are not refundable and taxes are your responsibility.

9. Our software

The Service, including its software, designs and templates, belongs to LFS and its licensors. These Terms give you the right to use it while your account is active, and no other rights. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

10. Ending the Service

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the Service, and we will give reasonable notice when we can. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability, continue after the Service ends.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, that AI output will be accurate, or that posts will reach any particular audience or result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LFS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold LFS harmless from claims arising from Your Content, the posts you approve, or your violation of these Terms or of others' rights.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both parties agree to that jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and tell business customers about significant changes. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
